A clinical case example:
A 71 year old patient came to our office to have a full lower
jaw prosthesis, implant supported, done. After a detailed
diagnosis, three implants bar connections and a full lower
jaw prosthesis on locks were proposed.
1) The condition after osteo-intergration, implants 3 moths
after surgery.
2) Inserted healing screws in order to shape the gingival
papilla for 7 days.
3) bar connections with retentional elements in the form of
locks.
4) A finished full lower jaw prosthesis prepared for the designed
bar connections.
5) A finished prosthesis in the patient's mouth.
